The Inspiration Behind the Gin Berry Blush

When asked to develop a signature cocktail, Tanaya drew heavily on her personal history and the transition of the seasons. The result is the Gin Berry Blush, a multi-layered, refreshing cocktail that balances fruit, spice, and floral notes.

"I wanted to capture the essence of the changing seasons, from summer blueberries to a pinch of cardamom - to invoke the warmth of fall spices, and as a nod to my Indian heritage," Tanaya notes. The addition of rose syrup holds a deeper, more personal significance. "It reminds me of my mom, who was my best friend and confidant. She loved roses, and the scent takes me back to childhood memories with her, gardening together in our backyard."
